At Mekong Wooden Farm Tours, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences and transparent booking conditions. As our services primarily consist of tours, activities, and accommodation rather than physical products, this policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, modifications, refunds, and service adjustments.
More than 7 days before departure: Full refund of payments received.
3–7 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking value.
Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund.
No-show guests: No refund will be provided for missed tours or services.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, Zalo, or other official communication channels of Mekong Wooden Farm Tours.
More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
Within 7 days of check-in: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the booking conditions and accommodation arrangements.
No-show guests: No refund will be provided for unused accommodation nights.
Special booking promotions, holiday packages, or discounted rates may be subject to separate cancellation conditions.
Guests may request changes to their booking, including:
Tour date changes
Number of participants
Accommodation adjustments
Additional services or activities
Modification requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Mekong Wooden Farm Tours. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.
In rare circumstances, Mekong Wooden Farm Tours may need to modify or cancel a tour due to:
Severe weather conditions
Flooding or unsafe river conditions
Natural disasters
Government regulations
Public health emergencies
Other circumstances beyond our control
When possible, guests will be offered:
An alternative tour date
A comparable replacement experience
A refund according to the circumstances of the cancellation
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note:
Bank transfer fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion fees imposed by financial institutions may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banking systems and payment providers.
International refunds may require additional processing time.
No refunds will be issued for:
Late arrivals
Missed departures
Voluntary withdrawal from a tour
Unused meals, transportation, accommodation, or activities included in a package
Services missed due to personal reasons
Mekong Wooden Farm Tours shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Storms
Epidemics or pandemics
Government restrictions
Transportation disruptions
In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements or partial refunds when applicable.
If guests experience service issues during a tour or stay, we encourage immediate notification to our staff or management team so that we can promptly address concerns and provide appropriate solutions whenever possible.
