Advance reservations are highly recommended to ensure tour and accommodation availability.
Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, WhatsApp, Zalo, or authorized travel partners.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Mekong Wooden Farm Tours.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including contact details and any special requests at the time of booking.
Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Full payment is required before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional services requested during the tour that are not included in the original booking will be charged separately.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure: Full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure: No refund.
No-show guests or unused services are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: Subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Mekong Wooden Farm Tours reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure guest safety and service quality, Mekong Wooden Farm Tours reserves the right to modify tour schedules, transportation, routes, or activities due to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Flooding or river conditions
Government regulations
Public health emergencies
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Whenever possible, alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided.
The safety and well-being of our guests are our highest priorities.
Guests should inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies, or mobility limitations.
Life jackets will be provided during all boat-related activities and must be worn when requested by guides.
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
Mekong Wooden Farm Tours reserves the right to refuse participation in activities that may pose a safety risk to the guest or others.
Guests are expected to:
Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural values.
Treat local residents, guides, and fellow travelers with courtesy and respect.
Follow environmental guidelines and avoid littering.
Respect private property and community spaces visited during the tour.
Take reasonable care of personal belongings.
Mekong Wooden Farm Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour or stay.

Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos for personal use during tours and activities.
By participating in our tours and experiences, guests grant Mekong Wooden Farm Tours permission to use photographs or videos taken during activities for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the tour begins.
Mekong Wooden Farm Tours acts as an organizer and service provider for tours, transportation, accommodation, and local experiences.
While every effort is made to ensure guest safety and satisfaction, the company shall not be held liable for:
Injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Weather-related disruptions.
Actions of third-party service providers.
Personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Guests participate in activities at their own discretion and are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance.
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation management, customer service, and communication purposes.
