1. Booking Confirmation

• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation email or message has been issued by Mekong Wooden Farm Tours.

• Guests are advised to review all booking details carefully before making payment.

2. Deposit Requirements

• A deposit may be required to secure tour reservations, homestay bookings, or customized travel experiences.

• The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date or upon arrival, as agreed during the reservation process.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash payment (Vietnamese Dong)

• Domestic bank transfer

• International bank transfer

• ZaloPay and other locally available digital payment methods (subject to availability)

• Other payment methods approved by Mekong Wooden Farm Tours

Any bank transfer fees or transaction charges imposed by financial institutions are the responsibility of the guest.

4. Tour and Homestay Payments

• Full payment is required before the commencement of any tour or activity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Homestay accommodation charges must be settled according to the confirmation provided during booking.

• Additional services requested during the stay or tour that are not included in the original reservation will be charged separately.

5. Customized Tours and Private Experiences

For private tours, tailor-made itineraries, group bookings, or special events:

• A higher deposit may be required.

• Payment schedules will be communicated during the quotation process.

• Any modifications requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.

6. Currency

• All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments made in foreign currencies will be converted based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and international transaction procedures.

8. Pricing Policy

• All published prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.

• Confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.

• Seasonal promotions, special offers, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
