Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of local commerce, observe how merchants buy and sell directly from their boats, and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese breakfast served on the water—just as local people have done for generations.
Leaving the floating market behind, the boat will take you to a traditional rice noodle workshop, where you will discover how one of Vietnam’s most popular foods is produced using simple tools and techniques passed down through generations.
You will have the opportunity to observe each stage of the production process and taste the famous local specialty known as “rice noodle pizza”, a colorful and delicious dish unique to the region.
The journey continues along the Can Tho River, winding through narrow canals shaded by lush tropical vegetation. One of the most memorable highlights of the tour is a visit to Jade’s House, a traditional water hyacinth handicraft workshop that showcases one of the Mekong Delta’s most distinctive cultural crafts.
Water hyacinth, a plant commonly found throughout the region’s rivers and canals, is transformed by skilled artisans into beautiful handmade products such as rugs, handbags, flower vases, baskets, home decorations, and practical household items.
During your visit, you will witness every stage of the process—from harvesting and preparing the water hyacinth, drying the fibers naturally under the sun, to weaving them into elegant handcrafted creations.

Khi mặt trời vừa ló dạng, du khách sẽ được lênh đênh trên những chiếc thuyền nhỏ, hòa mình vào không khí mua bán nhộn nhịp trên sông nước và ghi lại những khoảnh khắc bình minh tuyệt đẹp. Đây cũng là dịp để thưởng thức bữa sáng với các món ăn truyền thống đậm đà hương vị địa phương được phục vụ ngay trên ghe thuyền.
Rời chợ nổi, thuyền tiếp tục đưa du khách đến tham quan cơ sở sản xuất hủ tiếu truyền thống. Tại đây, bạn sẽ được tận mắt quan sát toàn bộ quy trình làm hủ tiếu bằng các phương pháp thủ công lâu đời, tìm hiểu nét văn hóa làng nghề đặc sắc và thưởng thức món pizza hủ tiếu độc đáo – một món ăn sáng tạo được nhiều du khách yêu thích.
Hành trình tiếp tục xuôi theo dòng sông Cần Thơ, len lỏi qua những con rạch nhỏ xanh mát.
