1. HALF-DAY COUNTRYSIDE CYCLING & LOCAL EXPERIENCE TOUR
Countryside Cycling – Fruit Garden Visit – Water Hyacinth Handicraft Workshop – Mekong Cooking Experience
2:00 PM – Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the peaceful countryside on the outskirts of the city.
Upon arrival, begin a leisurely cycling journey along quiet village roads shaded by lush tropical gardens and lined with picturesque canals. Along the way, you will gain insight into the daily life, culture, and traditions of local people in the Mekong Delta.
Our first stop is a local fruit garden, where families cultivate a variety of seasonal tropical fruits. Stroll through the orchard, learn about local farming practices, and discover the rich agricultural heritage that has shaped life in this fertile region for generations.
The highlight of the tour is a visit to Jade’s House, a traditional water hyacinth handicraft workshop. Here, you will enjoy a fascinating and memorable experience learning about one of the Mekong Delta’s most distinctive crafts.
Water hyacinth, a plant commonly found throughout the rivers and canals of the Delta, is carefully transformed by skilled artisans into beautiful handmade products such as rugs, handbags, flower vases, baskets, home decorations, and practical everyday items.
During your visit, you will witness every stage of the production process—from harvesting and preparing the water hyacinth, drying the fibers naturally under the sun, to weaving them into elegant handcrafted creations. You will also have the opportunity to interact with local artisans and try weaving simple items yourself under their guidance.
After more than two hours of cycling and cultural exploration, return to the homestay for an authentic Mekong culinary experience.
Surrounded by a peaceful garden setting, you will harvest fresh herbs and vegetables directly from the garden and may even try traditional fishing activities such as catching shrimp or fish in local waterways.
Together with your host, learn how to prepare and enjoy some of the region’s most beloved dishes, including Vietnamese pancakes (Bánh Xèo), crispy shrimp fritters, spring rolls, and other local specialties.
As the sun begins to set, relax with a refreshing cocktail at the riverside bar overlooking a tranquil canal. Listen to soft music, enjoy the serene atmosphere, and watch local boats pass by while friendly villagers greet you with warm smiles and waves.
After dinner, your driver will transfer you back to your hotel.

chúng ta sẽ lấy xe đạp vòng quanh đường làng dọc bờ kênh, dưới những khu vườn xanh mát và tìm hiểu nét văn hóa của người dân địa phương .
Trên đường đi bạn sẽ được ghé lại tham quan vườn trái cây với những cây ăn quả theo mùa - Nơi mà người dân mỗi nhà đều có những khu vườn riêng của họ với nhiều loại trái cây đặc sản của địa phương.
Điểm cuối cùng chúng ta sẽ dừng lại một nơi cực kỳ hấp dẫn với một trải nghiệm khó quên và vô cùng thú vị tại cơ sở sản xuất thủ công mỹ nghệ với chất liệu hoàn toàn đến từ thiên nhiên sông nước - đặc trưng của vùng Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long là sợi lục bình, được những nghệ nhân khéo léo đan thành những sản phẩm thủ công như thảm, túi xách,bình hoa ,các sản phẩm để trang trí hoặc vật dụng dành cho sinh hoạt hàng ngày..
Tại đây, bạn sẽ được tận mắt chứng kiến ,lắng nghe và tự tay tham gia quy trình sản xuất từ công đoạn cắt,xử lý lục bình, phơi khô cho đến đan kết thành những sản phẩm tinh tế và độc đáo.
Hành trình đạp xe sẽ kết thúc sau hơn 2 giờ và chúng ta sẽ quay lại homestay
Tiếp theo là hoạt động trải nghiệm ẩm thực theo phong cách vùng Đồng Bằng sông Cửu Long ,vào vườn hái rau được trồng tại chỗ, có thể bơi xuồng bắt tôm, cá ..sau đó làm và thưởng thức các loại bánh truyền thống của miền Tây như bánh xèo, bánh tôm, chả giò chiên .., thưởng thức một ly coctail tại quầy bar nhìn ra con sông nhỏ,nghe những bài hát nhẹ nhàng , và những cái vẫy tay ,mỉm cười thân thiện từ những người dân địa phương trên những chiếc ghe nhỏ qua lại.
Sau khi ăn xe sẽ đưa bạn về lại khách sạn, kết thúc tour.
